Where a generic CV loses healthtech meaning

“Improved the patient experience” says little without the care setting, user group, clinical workflow, data boundary, or regulated consequence. A healthtech contribution can sit in software, medical operations, interoperability, diagnostics, insurance, or patient engagement, and those contexts are not interchangeable.

What the dedicated schema must capture

The schema is being designed to distinguish product, engineering, clinical, operations, data, quality, and commercial role families. It must connect the candidate’s work to the care pathway, affected user, evidence standard, privacy boundary, and measurable operational or patient outcome.

What it must never infer

The schema must not invent clinical efficacy, patient impact, regulatory approval, diagnostic validity, data access, or compliance. Sensitive claims remain bounded by explicit candidate evidence and the authority actually held.
