What QuantCV collects about you, why, and which outside processors handle part of it on our behalf.
Who we are
QuantCV operates this site and the product it describes. The account, workspace, CV, vacancy, and commercial records covered by this policy are held and processed by QuantCV.
What we collect
- Account and authentication identity. QuantCV authenticates you through Firebase Auth. A successful sign-in resolves to one stable QuantCV User Account before product or commercial data becomes reachable.
- CV and vacancy content you provide. Uploaded or pasted CVs and imported vacancies are stored to build Master CVs, Applications, Deep qualifications, and Application Packages. The original source is preserved unchanged alongside corrected structured content.
- Commercial history. QT Wallet balance and commercial-operation history, including reservations, settlements, releases, and refunds, are stored in Firebase. Only QuantCV Cloud Functions can change this state.
Why we collect it
We use this data to deliver the product: identify the acting account, turn supplied career material into source and vacancy-specific documents, and price, run, and record authorized commercial operations.
Who processes it on our behalf
Firebase supplies external authentication and stores QT Wallet state and commercial history. QuantCV’s AI gateway and an external model vendor process the CV and vacancy context required for an AI-assisted operation; only a validated result enters the product output. Stripe processes monetary products, subscriptions, QT Top-ups, discounts, payment status, refunds, and chargebacks. QuantCV does not store your card number.
What we do not do
QuantCV does not sell your personal data.
Data retention
Original CV and vacancy sources are preserved unchanged. A confirmed Master CV version is immutable; correction creates a new version rather than erasing the old one. QuantCV does not yet support physical deletion or a user-facing erasure journey in the current product scope.
