Who we are

QuantCV operates this site and the product it describes. The account, workspace, CV, vacancy, and commercial records covered by this policy are held and processed by QuantCV.

What we collect

• Account and authentication identity. QuantCV authenticates you through Firebase Auth, its external identity provider. A successful sign-in resolves to one stable QuantCV User Account before any product or commercial data becomes reachable.
• CV and vacancy content you provide. The CVs you upload or paste, and the vacancies you import, are stored to build your Master CVs, Tailored CVs, and Application Packages. The original source you submit is preserved unchanged alongside the corrected, structured content extracted from it.
• Commercial history. Your QT Wallet balance and the history of your commercial operations — reservations, settlements, releases, refunds — are recorded and stored in Firebase. Only QuantCV's own Cloud Functions can change this state; QuantCV's client applications never write it directly.

Why we collect it

We collect this data to deliver the product you use: to know which account is acting, to turn the career material you give us into Master CVs and vacancy-specific Application Packages, and to price, run, and record the commercial operations you authorize.

Who processes it on our behalf

Firebase. Firebase supplies the external authentication identity behind your account and stores your QT Wallet state and commercial history; only QuantCV's own Cloud Functions may change that stored state.

AI gateway and model vendor. When you request a tailored CV, cover letter, review, or another AI-assisted operation, the imported CV and vacancy content that operation needs is sent to QuantCV's own AI gateway service, which routes the request to an external language-model vendor to produce the result. QuantCV does not name the gateway or the vendor on this page; only the validated result is used to build your product output.

Stripe. Stripe is the payment processor for QuantCV's monetary products: prices, subscriptions, QT Top-up purchases, discounts, payment status, refunds, and chargebacks. Your card details are held by Stripe — QuantCV does not store your card number.

What we do not do

QuantCV does not sell your personal data.

Data retention

Original CVs and vacancy sources you submit are preserved unchanged, and a confirmed Master CV version is immutable once created — correcting it creates a new version rather than erasing the old one. QuantCV does not yet support removing your data outright: physical deletion and user-facing erasure are outside current product scope.
